Refund Policy

Thrive WAP Sender currently offers a 3-day trial so users can test the product before buying a monthly license.

Refund requests can be reviewed case by case for duplicate payments, accidental renewals, or technical issues that prevent use of the product. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method or agreed manual payment channel.

Refunds may be declined for completed subscription periods, misuse, violation of messaging policies, or issues caused by WhatsApp account restrictions outside our control.
